Looking for a DJ for your upcoming event. There is a couple of important factors to consider when looking to hire a wedding or event DJ. A DJ should first be receptive to all communication with the clients and be open to different types of communication. Some people like to text others emailing and still other prefer to meet in person or over the phone. DJ San Diego will fit this perfectly. Another trait is learning the right music for the situation. Some events require fast music and some slower music. It is important to have a DJ who can read the crowd and know what to give at the right time. Most people consider and event a success if the guest have a great time dancing. Last but not least a DJ should be able to Emcee the event. Letting people know what is upcoming and how the event is moving along.
Disco DJ Party
Our DJ Shane Baker had a great time this summer providing some 70's funk for a fantastic disco party in La Jolla CA. Multiple LED Dance floors were supplied and funky lighting was provided by our partners La Luz Events. Gobos, disco balls, and uplighting made the evening colors greens, pinks, and bright blues for the part indoor and outdoor event. The event was put together by Jessica Gillon of Events by Design and Julie Frans of Dining Details. The party went late into the night and everyone had a great time. See the pictures below for a preview of the fun. Photos supplied by Bauman Photographers.

San Diego DJ Westin Downtown
A real wedding in San Diego at the Westin Downtown. Super fun couple with great lighting and DJ music. There was over 300 guest at this wedding for us to DJ which required us to bring out some big equipment. 2 sub-woofers and 6 speakers later the sound was just perfect. The colors for the night changed wit the LED's that were used. Purple to dark blue before dancing and lighting blue after the music started. Below are some of the pictures of the wedding at the Westin Downtown San Diego. All of the below photos courtesy of Meurer Image Photography.

Let the dancing begin. DJ selection ranged from oldies to the newest music tracks.

It was finally time to remove the garter. DJ played jaws for removal of the garter.

Overall the night was a huge success with all of the guest dancing the night away to the music the DJ played. Everyone enjoyed the great atmosphere, the fantastic couple, and the tunes the DJ had going all night.
